Terms and Conditions for Cody Curated

Welcome to Cody Curated! By using our travel planning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Cody Curated specializes in creating custom, detailed trip itineraries for tourists visiting Cody, Wyoming. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Researching and recommending attractions, accommodations, and dining options.

• Providing detailed contact info and logistical details.

• Offering insights into local events and hidden gems.

Purchasing a trip itinerary does NOT include booking accommodations, purchasing tickets, or other services unless explicitly agreed upon.  These services will be quotes as a Booking Option, which can be purchased separately.

2. User Responsibilities

To ensure the best experience, users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information regarding travel party, travel preferences, and dates.

• Reviewing the itinerary and promptly notifying Cody Curated of any necessary changes or corrections.

• Booking recommended activities, accommodations, and services unless otherwise specified and if the Cody Curated Booking Option is purchased separately.

3. Payment and Fees

• Consultation Fee: A free 15-minute consultation is available to all clients.

• Service Fee: A $50 per day of stay fee is the cost of the trip itinerary.  The full payment must be made prior to delivery of the final itinerary.

• Revision:  One revision is allowed and is included in the initial itinerary purchase. 

• Any additional fees for more than one revision or add-on services must be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• The consultation fee is free.

• Refunds for the service fee may be available on a case-by-case basis if the itinerary development process has not yet commenced.

• No refunds will be issued after the delivery of the final itinerary.

• 5. Limitation of Liability

Cody Curated provides recommendations based on research and local knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of third-party services, attractions, or accommodations. By using our services, you agree that Cody Curated is not liable for:

• Changes, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers.

• Personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your trip.

• Dissatisfaction with third-party services.

6. Changes to Itineraries

• One complimentary revision to the initial itinerary is included.

• Additional changes will incur an extra fee.

• Requests for changes must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to your trip start date.

7. Intellectual Property

All itineraries and related materials created by Cody Curated are the intellectual property of Cody Curated. They are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of creating your itinerary. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more details.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. You agree to resolve any disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
